1. Preamble and purpose
These General Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) define the terms and conditions under which LIGHTON makes the website https://lighton.getup.agency (hereinafter the “Website”) available and under which the User accesses and uses it.
Any use of the Website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. Users who do not agree are invited not to use the Website.
2. Identification of the publisher
The Website is published by LIGHTON, registered under SIRET number 103 202 974 00012. Full information about the publisher is provided in the legal notice.

3. Definitions
- Website: the website accessible at https://lighton.getup.agency, including all its pages, features and services.
- User: any natural or legal person accessing the Website, whether a visitor or an account holder.
- Content: all elements (texts, images, videos, sounds, data, logos, trademarks, etc.) accessible or published on the Website.
- Services: all features offered to the User by the Website.
4. Access to the Website
The Website is accessible free of charge 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled or unscheduled interruptions for maintenance, updates, technical incidents or force majeure.

5. Registration and user account

5.3. Account suspension and deletion
In the event of a serious breach of these Terms by the User, fraudulent use of the Website or infringement of third-party rights, the publisher may suspend or delete the account after giving the User prior notice allowing them to submit observations within a reasonable period. In an emergency (a threat to Website security, manifestly unlawful behaviour or a risk to other users), the publisher may suspend access without notice and subsequently notify the User of its reasoned decision. 5.4. Termination by the User
The User may delete their account at any time from their personal account area or by sending a request to contact@lighton-solutions.com. This deletion entails the exercise of the right to erasure of their personal data under the conditions specified in the privacy policy.
6. Reference to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Any order for a paid product or service offered on the Website is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale accessible on the Website, which take precedence over these Terms for sales transactions.
Intellectual property
All elements of the Website (structure, texts, images, photographs, videos, sounds, logos, trademarks, databases, source code, visual identity, etc.) are protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code and belong to LIGHTON or its partners, who have licensed their use to the publisher.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law.
In accordance with Article R.631-3 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may, at their discretion, bring proceedings before the courts of the place where they resided when the contract was concluded or the harmful event occurred, or those of the defendant's place of residence.
Acceptance
Use of the Website constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The User acknowledges having read them before using the Website.
